GetNuva is a Connecticut–based outsourcing agency that connects U.S. businesses with top-tier international professionals. We handle the entire process — from recruitment and vetting to onboarding, HR management, and ongoing support — so you can focus on growing your business while we take care of operations behind the scenes.

Unlike open marketplaces, GetNuva offers a fully managed, long-term solution. We pre-select, train, and supervise each professional to guarantee consistency, accountability, and reliability. There’s no bidding, no turnover risk, and no administrative burden — we manage everything from candidate selection to compliance and performance.

No. All GetNuva professionals are independent contractors, not your direct employees.

However, they are 100% dedicated to your company, working up to 40 hours per week as if they were part of your internal team. This structure lets you treat our service as a deductible business expense instead of payroll, while GetNuva remains the contractual bridge and manages all international and administrative aspects for you.

We begin by understanding your business needs and the profile you require. Our recruitment team sources, screens, and interviews top candidates, presenting you with a curated shortlist. Once you select your VA, they complete a 40-hour orientation week through GetNuva’s Training Center before officially starting with your company.

If a VA is temporarily unavailable due to health or force majeure reasons, GetNuva coordinates communication and continuity to minimize disruption. Justified sick leaves are not considered unpaid, provided proper documentation is submitted. We value fairness for professionals and reliability for our clients in equal measure.

Our standard commitment is 12 months. This timeframe helps build trust, stability, and long-term results for both clients and professionals. We believe in creating sustainable partnerships where both sides grow together — not short-term replacements.

We specialize in administrative, customer support, marketing, bookkeeping, sales, and operations roles, as well as other remote professional positions. If the work can be done virtually, our team can likely help you find the right person to do it efficiently.

Clients pay a one-time recruitment fee of $1,500 USD, which covers the full selection process — including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring coordination, and background checks.
After that, you begin paying a monthly fee either 30 days after onboarding starts or as soon as your VA begins working — whichever comes first.
This monthly fee covers all international payments, HR and admin support, client assistance, performance reviews, and ongoing coordination provided by GetNuva.

GetNuva actively monitors performance and communication. If challenges arise, we step in immediately to resolve the issue or, if necessary, initiate a replacement process at no additional recruitment fee. Our goal is to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership continuity.

On average, GetNuva clients save 30–40% annually compared to hiring in-house in the U.S. You gain the same professional quality and dedication — without the added costs of payroll taxes, benefits, or office overhead.
